Realpacking User Guide

This page is for managing users who can access the workspace, in addition to the workspace owner. Users with Admin permissions can access the workspace (CMS) page.

The number of Admin accounts that can be activated depends on the selection in your plan.

To add additional accounts, please contact customer service via live chat or phone (+82-2-856-8864).

If the member is already registered, they can be invited to the admin account.If not registered, they can complete the registration process through the invitation link in the email.

  1. Enter the email to be invited and select the default role. The workspace owner can invite multiple members at once.

    Email Address

    The email address of an already registered member.

    Select Role

    Select the default role for the Admin.

    1. Invited members can accept the invitation or proceed with registration through the email.

    2. Once the invitation is accepted, the member is granted page access permissions.

  1. Standard

    • View Only: View all pages as a Admin, but cannot edit them.

    • Editor: Can view and edit all pages as an Admin.

    • Admin: Review and edit all pages as an Admin, and manage the users of the workspace.

  2. Custom

  • Custom : You can freely adjust the permissions for specific pages of the web administrator as needed. Edit Admin AccountCustom Role and select a pre-created role.

  1. Select the admin account you want to edit from the accounts list.

  2. Edit account information.

    Name

    Edit Admin name.

    Email

    Email cannot be changed.

    Role

    Change the role of the Admin.

  • After changing the Admin information, be sure to log in again.

  1. Select the admin account you want to delete from the accounts list.

  2. Click Delete to remove the account.

  • Once the account is deleted, the user will no longer be able to log in.

A user can simultaneously perform the roles of both ‘Worker’ and ‘Admin’.
