This page allows you to create and manage roles that can be assigned to members.You can freely adjust permissions for specific pages of the web administrator interface as needed.
Assign "View" or "Edit" permissions for each menu in the web administrator interface.

Enter the name and description of the custom role.
Name
Enter the name of the custom role.
Description
Provide a description of the the custom role. (optional).
Menu-based Permission Settings
Select"View"or"Edit"permissions for each page.
Pages without assigned permissions will not be visible to the administrator.
View Grants permission to access and view the specified menu.
Edit Grants full access, including viewing, modifying, and registering data for the specified menu. If no option is selected, the menu will not be visible.

Viewing Range of Videos and Order Information
Set access permissions for Recoding, Returns, Orders, and Bulk messaging. For detailed guidance, refer to the Custom Role Usage Examples below.
All
View all information. (Used when providing department managers within a company unrestricted access to all videos or order information.)
Specific
View only the information specified through the "Administrator ID" in order details. (Used when granting a specific manager access to only a portion of videos and order information within a logistics center.)
Group
View only the information created by members of the same group. (Used when independently managing videos and order information within separate clients or centers.) (Videos and order information recorded within a group can only be accessed by administrators of the same group.)
To view videos and order information, "Information Access Permissions" alone are not sufficient.
You must also have View or Edit permissions for the following menus:

Bulk Messaging
Assign the created custom role to the administrator.
Accounts
→ Admin
Invite a new administrator account or select an existing administrator to assign permissions.
In Roles > Custom Roles, select the role you created.
Refer to the Custom Role Examples for various use cases and applications.
Example 1: Managing Video Recording and Delivery for Clients by 3PL Workers
3PL companies can assign specific workers to record videos for designated clients. Each client can log in with an administrator account to view only their own videos and send them to customers either individually or in bulk.
Set Information Access Restrictions in Custom Roles
Set the information access scope to "Group."

Example 2: Department Managers Viewing All Videos and Order Information Without Restrictions
Custom roles can be configured to allow department managers, such as the CS team and Logistics team, to access all videos and order information without restrictions.
Set Information Access Restrictions in Custom Roles
Set the information access scope to "All."

Example 3: When you want to show a specific manager some footage from the logistics center and order information:
In cases where only a specific manager should have access to certain footage and order information within the logistics center, you can assign the manager's ID to the order information and configure permissions for viewing or managing it.

When uploading an Excel order file, add the client’s admi email address in the "Admin Account ID" field.
Example 4: Customer Service (CS) Team Managing Customer Reviews
Custom roles can be configured for managers responsible only for handling customer reviews and inquiries.
