Upon completing the email verification process, the workplace will be created, and a two-week free trial period will commence.

Once the plan and options are finalized, a PayPal invoice will be issued for the plan fee.

Extend Your Plan Subscription Before the Expiration Date
Starting from the 7th day after the service expiration date, login to the RealPacking recording program will be disabled.
Videos will no longer be playable from the ‘Recording Information List.’
On the 7th day after the service expiration date, the service will be terminated, and all videos will be permanently deleted.
Annual payments receive a 10% discount on the total amount, eliminating the need for monthly payments.
A PayPal invoice will be issued before the plan's expiration date each month.
Complete the payment.
To reflect the updated expiration date, you must log in to the recording program again after payment.

Refunds are issued as RealPacking points.

If you received an annual subscription discount, but later downgrade or cancel your subscription, the discounted amount will be deducted as a penalty fee before processing the refund.
If the storage period is reduced, older videos will be deleted in accordance with the shortened period.
Before reducing the number of workers, you must first deactivate worker accounts under Members
→ Worker
After deactivating, please contact customer support to request the change.
