This page is for managing worker accounts that log into the Realpacking Recorder. The number of worker accounts that can be activated depends on the number of licenses available in your plan. To add additional licenses, please contact customer service via live chat or phone (+82-2-856-8864).
The workspace owner can create and grant access to worker accounts.
Accounts
→ Worker
→ Add Account
Enter the information for the account you want to create.
Name
Worker’s name.
ID
The ID the worker account will use for login.
Recording Type
Select the Recording Type for that account.
Password
The password the worker account will use for login.
Once the
creation
is completed, the worker account can log into the Realpacking Recorder using their username and password.
Accounts

→ Invitation Waiting List
Enter the email to be invited and select the type of recording. The workspace owner can invite multiple users at once.
Email Address
The email address of the used to be invited.
Recording Type
Select the Recording Type for the worker account.
Once the
invitation
is processed, an email will be sent to the user’s email address.Invited users can accept the invitation or proceed with registration by clicking 'Join Workspace' in the email.
The worker account can log into the Realpacking Recorder using their username and password.
General
Scan the same barcode at the start and end of recording to proceed with the recording process.
Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode A > End Recording
Continuous
Scan the barcode for the next task without manually ending the previous one. The system will automatically save the previous recording and start a new one.
Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > Ends recording for A and starts recording for B
End Mapping
Scanning the start barcode initiates the recording.
(Any barcode can be used as the start barcode, and keyboard input is also supported.)
Later, when the invoice, purchase details, or other relevant barcode is scanned, the recording will be saved based on the scanned number.
[In Use]
When integrated with the WMS product inspection feature, where the Barcode is generated later.
Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > End Recording and Save video as B Barcode
Return
Scanning the return barcode starts the recording.
As each item barcode is scanned, it is recorded in the on-screen list.
Scanning the return barcode again ends the recording and saves the item list online along with the video.
(The saved item list can be searched and downloaded from Web Admin >video > Return List.)
Scan Return Barcode A > Start recording > Repeatedly scan items (Record item barcodes) > Scan Return Barcode A > End recording & Save item information.
Inspection Mode - Standard
Scanning the barcode (work order, invoice, etc.) starts the recording along with the inspection process.
(To use the inspection feature, order information must be registered in Web Admin > Order Information in advance.)
(If the scanned Barcode is not for a valid outbound shipment, a warning message will be displayed, and recording will not start.)
When each product barcode is scanned, a visual and audio signal confirms whether the scanned product matches the outbound order.
A popup will appear to enter the quantity.
Once the remaining quantity of the scanned product is entered, the inspection for that product is complete.
When all outbound products have been inspected, an inspection completion sound will be played.
Scanning the barcode again will end the recording and save the inspection results online.
Scan Barcode A > Start recording & inspection >Scan product (Inspection alert) >Enter remaining quantity (Inspection alert) > Scan Barcode A >End recording & Save inspection data.
Inspection Mode - POS
Scanning the invoice barcode (work order, invoice, etc.) starts the recording along with the inspection process.
(To use the inspection feature, order information must be registered in Web Admin > Order Information in advance.)
(If the scanned invoice does not correspond to an outbound shipment, a warning message will be displayed, and recording will not start.)
When each product barcode is scanned, a visual and audio signal confirms whether it matches the outbound order.

Order Inspection
Scanning the barcode (work order, invoice, etc.) starts the recording.
(To use the inspection feature, order information must be registered in Web Admin > Order Information in advance.)
(If the scanned barcode does not correspond to an outbound shipment, a warning message will be displayed, and recording will not start.)
The screen will display a list of outbound products and their quantities.
After completing the inspection, scanning the invoice barcode again will end the recording and save the inspection results online.
(Only the inspection results for the scanned invoice will be saved.)
Scan Barcode A > Start recording with order information on the screen > Scan Barcode A> End Recording
Worker Account Settings
Select the worker account you want to edit from the accounts list.
Edit worker information.
Name
Edit worker’s name.
ID
ID cannot be edited.
Password
Change the password used to log in to the Realpacking Recorder.
Recording Type
Change the account’s recording type.
After editing a worker’s information, it is necessary to log in to the Realpacking Recorder again.
Select the worker account you want to delete from the accounts list.
Click
Delete
to remove the account.
Once the account is deleted, the worker will no longer be able to log in to the Realpacking Recorder.
The workspace manager can invite users to a work account and grant permissions.
The workspace manager can change the password in the
Work Account Settings
.
