API Key

You can create a video player using the video iframe call API and embed it on your client's site.

If you want to utilize the reviews your customers leave on the Video Message pages they receive for marketing purposes on your own site, you can utilize the User Review Retrieval API.

Changing the Barcode Number (usually the invoice number) often occurs when the invoice number is printed incorrectly in the first place and used for the video log recording. In this case, you can utilize the Change Barcode Number API to change the information.

Using the Order Registration API, you can easily upload order lists to the Realpacking system, and registered orders can be used for bulk messaging and order inspection. It is important to note, the order information must be registered in advance for bulk sending the video logs.

If you need to re-record a video due to a mistake in the inspection process or for any other reason, you can reset the review information for the order with the Reset Order Inspection API, or to prevent this from happening in the first place, you can cancel the order before the worker account records the video with the Cancel Order Change API.

Select the type of key you want to generate in Generate Key .

Generate Private API Key: Select an Admin account to generate a unique key per account.

Generate Public Key: Only one common key is generated. When a new key is created, the previously generated one is revoked.

Copy the generated API key and refer to the API documentation below to use it when applicable.

Revoke: If the generated API key is destroyed, all features integrated with that API will be disabled.
