With the Bulk Messaging feature, Video Messages can be sent to multiple customers at once.
If you want to increase customer retention, make the most of the bulk sending feature.
This feature is available in the Pro and Enterprise plans.
In order to use the Bulk Messaging feature, an Order List must be registered in advance. Register the Order List using your preferred method, either by integrating via API (on demand) or by uploading an Order List Excel file.

Search the pre-registered order information by selecting the recording date and additional filtering options.
To send videos to all the search results, click
Send All Results

If you want to send only selected videos, check the boxes on the left of each video and click
Send N Video Messages
.
Send the video by choosing SMS or Email methods.
Enter the
Brand Name
or selectSeller Name
.Check the number of messages and click 'Send’.
A link to the video will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone via SMS.
The customer can access the link to view the video.

There are various reasons why the video sending might have failed. For support, please contact our support team via live chat or phone (02-856-8864).
Failed SMS send attempts will be refunded as points at the beginning of the following month. Emails are non refundable.
The SMS/Emails sent to customers are managed using a pre-registered template that is the same for all clients. Due to legal compliance requirements, personalized changes are not possible.
