Send Individual Video Message
By sending a video log to a customer, claims can be resolved quickly. For an accurate and prompt claim resolution, try utilizing the Video Message feature. Select Video Video → Video List 1. Search for the video you want to send to the customer, and click on it. 2. Check the Video Message menu on the right side of the screen. Sending Options --- SMS 1. Enter the Brand Name. 2. Enter the customer's Mobile Phone Number and click ‘Send’. 3. A link to the video will be sent to the customer’s mobileBulk Messaging
With the Bulk Messaging feature, Video Messages can be sent to multiple customers at once. If you want to increase customer retention, make the most of the bulk sending feature. This feature is available in the Pro and Enterprise plans. Order List In order to use the Bulk Messaging feature, an Order List must be registered in advance.
