Send Individual Video Message
By sending a video log to a customer, claims can be resolved quickly.
For an accurate and prompt claim resolution, try utilizing the Video Message feature.

→ Video List
Search for the video you want to send to the customer, and click on it.
Check the Video Message menu on the right side of the screen.
Enter the
Brand Name
.Enter the customer's
Mobile Phone Number
and click ‘Send’.A link to the video will be sent to the customer’s mobile phone via SMS message.
The customer can access the link to view the video.
Enter the
Brand Name
.Enter the customer's
Email
and click ‘Send’.A link to the video will be sent to the customer’s email.
The customer can access the link to view the video.
Points are deducted according to the recipient's country and sending method used.

The SMS/Emails sent to customers are managed using a pre-registered template that is the same for all clients. Due to legal compliance requirements, personalized changes are not possible.
