On this page, you can check the results of the video messages sent to customers.

Results for both individual and bulk sends are available.

Video MessageDelivery Status

  1. Select the sending date.

  2. Add search criteria to search for the sending results.

    Type

    Video Message's delivery method.

    Video Number

    Video's unique identifier (same as invoice number).

    Display Name

    Displayed Brand/Seller name.

    Sender

    Sender phone or email.

    Recipient

    Sender phone or email.

    Delivery Status

    Successful: The video was successfully sent.

    Pending: Preparing to send the video.

    Failed: The video sending failed.
