All tasks in Realpacking are carried out within the workspace. The workspace serves as a virtual hub where you can organize members and manage videos according to your preferences.
After registration is complete, the workspace owner must create the workspace, invite members, and configure the necessary menus for video recording and sending.
Videos recorded using the Realpacking Recorder program are managed within the workspace.
The Workspace Owner invites members to the workspace and assigns roles and permissions.
Individual accounts can belong to multiple workspaces.
Who is the Workspace Owner?
The person with this role manages all aspects of workspace usage, including creating workspaces, inviting members, managing member permissions, and plan payments.
Creating a workspace initiates a 14-day free trial.
During the trial period, basic options are provided, including 1 license, 1 admin account, and 1-month video storage.
Check the workspace creation window.
Select a plan.
Select the purpose of use and industry.
Enter the workspace information and
create
it.
Workspace Name | Enter the main name of the workspace. |
Workspace ID | This refers to the unique ID of the workspace, primarily used for communication with Realpacking. It is necessary when identifying a specific workspace. Additionally, it is required when a worker account logs into the Realpacking Recorder program. |
Country | Select the country where the workspace will be used. |
Timezone | Workspace statistics are generated based on the set time zone. The time zone can only be configured once during workspace creation and cannot be changed afterward. Since both payment information and statistics are tied to the time zone, please choose carefully. |
You can create and manage additional workspaces by business unit, such as department, logistics center, or shipper.
Click on the workspace name at the top of the left sidebar, then click the
Add Workspace
button to proceed with the creation process.
The workspace owner invites worker accounts by navigating to Accounts
→ Worker
→ Add Account
.
Registered members join the workspace when the workspace owner invites them by creating a worker account.
For members who are not yet registered, the workspace owner can create the worker account directly.

You can transfer the workspace owner’s permissions to another member by navigating to
Username
→Workspace Settings
→Transfer Permissions
.Select the member to whom you want to transfer permissions.
Enter your account’s password.
Click
Transfer Permissions
to complete the transfer.
Once the email verification is completed, the previous owner’s permissions will be immediately revoked.
