General

Scan the same barcode at the start and end of recording to proceed with the recording process.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

Continuous

Scan the barcode for the next task without manually ending the previous one. The system will automatically save the previous recording and start a new one.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > Ends recording for A and starts recording for B

End Mapping

Scanning the start barcode initiates the recording.

(Any barcode can be used as the start barcode, and keyboard input is also supported.)

Later, when the invoice, purchase details, or other relevant barcode is scanned, the recording will be saved based on the scanned number.

[In Use]

  • When integrated with the WMS product inspection feature, where the Barcode is generated later.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > End Recording and Save video as B Barcode

Return

Scanning the return barcode starts the recording.

As each item barcode is scanned, it is recorded in the on-screen list.

Scanning the return barcode again ends the recording and saves the item list online along with the video.

(The saved item list can be searched and downloaded from Web Admin >video > Return List.)

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan the product > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

Inspection helps prevent incorrect shipments by comparing the ordered items with the actual items being packed.

This feature is available in the Pro and Enterprise Plans.

  1. Product Inspection

Inspection Mode - Standard

Scanning the barcode (work order, invoice, etc.) starts the recording along with the inspection process.

(To use the inspection feature, order information must be registered in Web Admin > Order Information in advance.)

(If the scanned Barcode is not for a valid outbound shipment, a warning message will be displayed, and recording will not start.)

When each product barcode is scanned, a visual and audio signal confirms whether the scanned product matches the outbound order.

A popup will appear to enter the quantity.

Once the remaining quantity of the scanned product is entered, the inspection for that product is complete.

When all outbound products have been inspected, an inspection completion sound will be played.

Scanning the barcode again will end the recording and save the inspection results online.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan the product > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

Inspection Mode - POS

Scanning the invoice barcode (work order, invoice, etc.) starts the recording along with the inspection process.

(To use the inspection feature, order information must be registered in Web Admin > Order Information in advance.)

(If the scanned invoice does not correspond to an outbound shipment, a warning message will be displayed, and recording will not start.)
