Realpacking User Guide

In this page you can review the videos and information recorded by each worker account and send them to the customer individually.

VideoVideo List

  1. Set the recording date to be searched.

  2. Select the search criteria in Add Search Items

    Video Number

    Video's unique identifier number (Invoice Number).

    Worker ID

    The ID of the worker that recorded the video.

    Message

    Choose among All, Sent, Not Sent based on the delivery status.

    Claim

    Select None, In Progress, Resolved for the claim status related to the video.

  3. The Sort and Filter options can be used.

  4. Using the Download function, the list of recording information or the inspection results can be downloaded as an Excel file.

  5. Delete recorded videos from the workspace by using the Delete All Results option.

    • After the retention period, the information related to the claim will remain available but the video will be deleted.

    • Deleted videos cannot be recovered.

  • Select a video from the Video List.

  • Play the video on the details page.

  • Enter the inquiry details related to the video on the Inquiry History section.

  • If a claim has been filed regarding this invoice, check 'In Progress' under Claim, and change the status to 'Resolved' after it has been addressed.

  • Check the details on how to send the video to a customer on the Send Individual Video Message page.

  • The video is encoded after recording and then uploaded to a Realpacking cloud server for storage.

  • The video cannot be saved on a computer or storage device (such as a USB flash drive).

  • If the video needs to be sent to a customer, the link must be shared from the workspace.

  • After the retention period, the information related to the claim will remain available but the video will be deleted.

  • Once a video is deleted from the Realpacking server, it cannot be restored.

  • If your claims are usually received after the standard 30 days retention period, or a video you wish to keep is about to be automatically deleted, please consider extending the retention period by contacting customer service.
