Customer inquiries can be quickly resolved through the Q&A feature.

To use the Q&A feature, activate it on the Video Message Customizing page before sending videos.

FeedbackQ&A

  1. The customer leaves an inquiry in the 'Q&A' section on the Video Message page.

  1. Check the customer's questions in FeedbackQ&A.

  • Add search criteria to search for the customer's questions.

    Video Number

    Video's unique identifier (same as invoice number).

    Customer

    Name of the ordering customer.

    Inquiry Content

    The star rating that the customer chose.

    Submission Date/Time

    Status of the review: Displayed or Hidden.

    Reply

    The status of your response to the review.

  1. Click on the review content to view the detailed screen.

  2. Write a reply to the customer's review using the Reply button below it.

  3. The customer will see it as previewed on the screen to the right.

The question left by a customer is visible only to themselves.
