In this page you can customize the menu within the Video Message page that the customer sees when watching a video.
Please note the Basic Plan only offers the default features and the delivery tracking widget.
Select the features you want to use and see the preview on the right side of the screen.
Settings → Video Message Customization
Video Message Language | Select between Korean or English. |
Intro Ad Video | An advertisement video will play before the video itself. See more details about the Intro Ad Video. |
Video Thumbnail | The video thumbnail will be displayed until the customer clicks the play button. (Recommended thumbnail dimension: 960px x 480px, only image format files can be uploaded) |
Service Review | The customer can leave a review on the Video Message page. Written reviews can be viewed under |
Q&A | The customer writes a question about the product on the Video Message page. You can respond to customer inquiries by going to |
HTML | Any additional items can be added by directly entering an HTML source. |
Select each item and see the preview on the right side.
Widgets can be rearranged (Service Review, Q&A, HTML) by dragging them with the mouse.
Once the setup is complete, click the
Save Video Messagebutton.
The Video Message will automatically use the template appropriate for the recipient’s language based on their country. Korea: Korean, Japan: Japanese, Other Countries: English.
If the Video Message template is changed, the previously sent messages will also be updated accordingly.
