Intro Ad Video
Show an Intro Ad Video emphasizing your brand, products or services before the recorded video starts, making a strong impression on buyers .
This feature is available in the Pro and Enterprise plans.
This is the advertisement video that plays before the recorded video starts on the Video Message page sent to the customer.
To play the Intro Ad Video, paid points must be charged. 50 points will be deducted if the Intro Ad Video is watched for 3 seconds or more.
If no Intro Ad Video is registered, the default Realpacking advertisement will play.
What are paid points? Paid points can be used after being purchased inside the workspace. Points will be deducted when sending video messages to customers and the Intro Ad Video is played.

File Name | The name of the file registered. |
Submitted Date/Time | Registration request date and time. |
Review | Status of the request. |
Plays | The number of times the Intro Ad Video was played on the Video Message page that the customers received. |
The Intro Ad Video can be used after the review is completed, which takes 1-2 business days.

Restrictions:
Content that defames other companies or includes provocative material that deviates from general conventions.
Industries that require review by a separate agency, such as pharmaceuticals and health functional foods.
Attach the intro advertisement video file and complete the request by clicking on
Submit.Intro Ad Video
The file size must be within 20MB, and the format mp4.

If your content requires advertising review, please attach the review materials. The file size must be within 1MB, and the formats jpg, png, or pdf.
Approval takes approximately 1-2 business days.
Once approval is completed, set the usage status to ‘On.’ If approval is ‘rejected,’ check the reason for rejection and reapply.
If paid points are depleted, the default Realpacking video will play instead of the registered Intro Ad Video.
By recharging paid points in Billing → Recharge Points
Billing→Points, the registered Intro Ad Video will play again automatically. To resume playing the registered Intro Ad Video, purchase points by navigating toBilling→Points.
