Customer reactions can be checked through the 'Service Review' page.

To use the Service Review feature, activate it on the Video Message Customizing page before sending videos.

FeedbackService review

  1. Customers can leave a review in the 'Service Review' section on the Video Message page.

  1. The messages left by customers can be checked in FeedbackService review

  • Add search criteria to search for the customer's reviews.

    Video Number

    Video's unique identifier (same as invoice number).

    Customer

    Name of the ordering customer.

    Rating

    The star rating that the customer chose.

    Status

    Status of the review: Displayed or Hidden.

    Reply

    The status of your response to the review.

  1. Click on the review content to view the detailed screen.

  2. Write a reply to the customer's review using the Reply button at the bottom.

  3. The customer will see it as previewed on the screen to the right.

The reviews left by customers are visible to others if you add the ‘Service Review’ widget to your website or app. If a customer leaves a review and shares the video using the sharing function, the recipient of the link can view the review they posted.

If an inappropriate review is submitted, the admin can mark the review as Displayed/Hidden or delete it.
