View and edit information of registered members.
Workspace → Username → Account Settings → My Information
Name | Check and update username. |
The email address used for registration cannot be changed. | |
Change Password | Change the password. |
Mobile Phone Number | User’s mobile phone number. |
Display Timezone | Change the display timezone. |
Display Language | Set and change the display language of the workspace. |
Secondary Email | Login and password retrieval are available via secondary email. |
Delete Account | Delete Realpacking account. |
Change your current password to a new one.
Enter your current password.
Enter the new password you want to use.
Save the new password by clicking
Change.
Add an additional email address other than the one used for registration.
Log in and recover your password using the secondary email.
Register your secondary email address.
Complete the verification from the registered email account.
The workspace owner can either transfer ownership or delete the workspace before leaving.
When a workspace member deletes their account, they are removed from the associated workspace.
There is no limit to the number of secondary email addresses you can register.

The time zone displayed is for reference, so it does not need to match the time zone set in the workspace settings.
