Automated

With an automated logistics system, a larger volume of goods can be processed more quickly and efficiently.

This feature is available with the Enterprise Plan.

The number of automated accounts can be activated according to what was selected in the plan.

What is an Automated Account?

  • In this context, automation refers to boxes moving along an automated conveyor belt without the need for a human operator. A stationary scanner automatically scans the barcode on each box and records a video for every order.

  • You can track the package’s journey as it moves through the conveyor system.

  • Through API integration, the transfer process for each order can also be tracked in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).

Create Automated Account

Accounts → Automated → Add Account

  1. Enter the information for the account to be created.

    Name

    Name of the automated recording location.

    ID

    Enter the ID for the automated account.

    Recording Type

    Select the recording type for the automated account.

    Password

    Enter the password for the automated account.

  2. After creating the automated account, use the ID and password to log in to the Realpacking Recorder.

Recording Types Available

General

Scan the same barcode at the start and end of recording.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode A > End Recording

Continuous

Save the video based on the barcode scanned at the start of each recording.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > Ends recording for A and starts recording for B

End Mapping

Save the video based on the barcode scanned at the end of recording.

Scan Barcode A > Start recording > Scan Barcode B > End Recording and Save video as B Barcode

Account Management

Automated Account Settings

  1. Select the automated account you want to edit from the accounts list.

  2. Edit automated account information.

    Name

    Edit account’s name.

    ID

    ID cannot be edited.

    Password

    Change the password used to log in to the Realpacking Recorder.

    Recording Type

    Change the account’s recording type.

  • After editing the account’s information, it is necessary to log in to the Realpacking Recorder again.

Delete Account

  1. Select the automated account you want to delete from the accounts list.

  2. Click Delete to remove the account.

  • Once the account is deleted, the worker account will no longer be able to log in to the Realpacking Recorder.
