For video recording, we recommend the use of a computer, webcam, barcode scanner, and a webcam mount.
Computer
The licenses must be used on individual computers.
The computer should be connected to the internet, either wirelessly or via ethernet connection.
Install the Realpacking Recorder on the worker’s computer and connect the webcam and barcode scanner.
The computer must meet or exceed the minimum specifications to ensure successful video recording and transmission using the recording program.

Connect the webcam to the worker’s computer for recording.

Scan the barcode on the invoice to start recording.

2D Tabletop (fixed) barcode scanner.
Can be used in a fixed position.
Webcam Mount
No specific model required. Search for “Overhead Camera Desk Mount Stand” to find ready-to-use products.
Choose a stand that can be mounted securely, according the environment.
Avoid mounts that are too thin or have too many joints, as they may cause the webcam to wobble during recording.
When using the scanner for the first time, connect it to the worker’s computer and complete the setup by scanning the setup QR code.

Securely mount the webcam on the workstation according to the manual instructions for the version purchased.
Ensure the webcam is placed at least 1m above the workstation.
Adjust the webcam’s field of view to focus on the packing area.

to ensure the correct webcam is selected.Open the Camera app on your computer to check if the display is working properly. If the webcam's display does not appear correctly in the app, check the camera connection.
If the camera continues to load after these steps, please contact customer service.
The issue may be due to dirt or fogging on the camera lens.
Wipe the lens with a soft cloth to ensure it is in focus.
Place your hand close to the camera to help it focus properly.
Faulty USB port on the computer
If the USB port connection is faulty, try switching from the current USB port to another port.
Disable autofocus in the Logitech settings program (Logitec C920)
Download the Logitech settings program (G Hub): G HUB
Select the C920 camera
Click on Default under Camera Mode
Click Add New Camera Mode
Go to ‘Focus’ and click the ‘Auto’ button
Realpacking Recorder

select the model of the installed webcam.
Scan the setup QR code for the barcode scanner model once again. After scanning the QR code, do not immediately remove the barcode scanner. Wait until a message appears on the computer indicating that the USB driver installation is complete.
Scan the barcode into Notepad and check if it includes any special characters or spaces, such as !%#&@[ ]><{ }. If the barcode contains special characters, take a photo of it and contact customer service.
If the barcode's USB connection is the problem, try connecting it to a different USB port.
Barcodes are usually composed of numbers and letters, but if they include spaces or special characters, they may not be recognized.
If an error occurs, take a photo of the barcode and contact customer service.
