When the Service Review Widget is enabled on the Video Message page, the recipient customer can leave a review directly.
This widget can be used on your website, product detail pages, and other places to promote your services.
Settings → Service Review
Select the option for Service Review Widget.
Size
Set the size of the widget to be displayed on the page.
Number of Posts per Page
Number of review posts shown per page.
Review Count
Total number of reviews written by customers.
Review Number
Number for each review.
Rating Star Color
Color of the rating star.
Review Content
Content of the review written by the customer.
Rating Index
Number of stars selected by the customer.
IP
IP address of the customer who registered the review.
Date
Date the customer registered the review.
Preview
The Widget as it will appear to the customer with the above options applied.
Script
Copy the script and paste it into the desired location in the HTML source to use it.
In
Settings→Video Message Customizationenable the service review feature.In the Video Message page preview, check the service review feature as they will appear to the customers.
It can be used on your own website, app and other similar platforms.
