Workspace Settings
In this the information of the created workspaces can be edited.
Workspace members can view the information of the created workspace, while the workspace owner can edit certain details.
Username → Workspace Settings
Workspace Name | The primary name of the workspace can be changed. |
Workspace ID | The workspace ID cannot be changed. |
Country | You cannot change the country assigned to the workspace. |
Email Management | The email address set will only be displayed within that specific workspace and will not affect other workspaces. |
Leave Workspace | This is a menu for members to stop using the workspace. |
Permissions Management | The workspace owner can transfer ownership to another member. Once the ownership is transferred and email verification is completed, the previous owner's permissions will no longer be valid. |
Delete Workspace | Only the workspace owner can delete it. All information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. If there are remaining service days, a refund can be requested. |

The Workspace ID is used as the Admin ID when worker accounts log into the Realpacking Recorder.
It represents the unique ID of the workspace and is primarily used to identify the workspace when communicating with our customer support.
The workspace owner can remove an account.
Users can leave using the Leave Workspace button, which will exclude them from that Workspace.
