Request a PayPal invoice for the selected plan and options through customer support.
Receive the PayPal invoice and complete the payment.
Once the payment is confirmed, the administrator will apply the selected plan and options.
The workspace owner can create and grant access to worker accounts.

Enter the information for the account you want to create.
Name
Worker’s name.
ID
The ID the worker account will use for login.
Recording Type
Select the Recording Type for that account.
Password
The password the worker account will use for login.
Once the
creation
is completed, the worker account can log into the Realpacking Recorder using their username and password.
For video recording, we recommend the use of a computer, webcam, barcode scanner, and a webcam flexible arm.
1. Computer
The licenses must be used on individual computers.
The computer should be connected to the internet, either wirelessly or via ethernet connection.
Install the Realpacking Recorder on the worker’s computer and connect the webcam and barcode scanner.
The computer must meet or exceed the minimum specifications to ensure successful video recording and transmission using the recording program.

4.Webcam Mount
No specific model is required; search for “Overhead Camera Desk Mount Stand” to find suitable products.
Select a stable and secure mount appropriate for your environment.
Avoid mounts that are too thin or have multiple joints, as they can cause wobbling during recording.
Position the webcam at least 1 meter above the workstation and adjust the field of view to clearly capture the packing area.
Install the Realpacking Recorder on the worker’s computer and use the equipment to record videos.

Download and run the Realpacking Recorder according to the OS you are using (Windows or MacOS).
Stable Version: This version has undergone extensive testing to minimize errors, making it the most reliable version.
Beta Version: This version allows you to experience new features first.
Once the installation is complete, look for the Realpacking Recorder icon.
Before running the recording program, connect the webcam and barcode scanner to the computer.
Open the Realpacking Recording and enter the login information.
Web Admin ID | Enter the workspace ID associated with the worker account. |
Worker ID | Enter the worker account’s ID. |
Password | Enter the work account’s password. |
Remember me | All entered login information will be saved. |
Keep me signed in | The recording program will automatically log in and start when operating system is launched. |
Enter the Workspace ID displayed in the upper left corner of the workspace as the Web Admin ID.

There are various recording modes available depending on the packing worker’s workflow.
Example: General
Recording begins and ends by scanning the same barcode (e.g., invoice or work order).
The worker places the picked box on the workstation.
Position the mouse cursor in the barcode input field of the recording program.
When the barcode is scanned using the barcode scanner, the recording program will begin recording.
Scanning the same invoice barcode again will stop the recording and save the video.
Once the recorded video is uploaded to the server, the recording for that session is considered complete.
Recorded videos can be viewed from the Web Admin page.

Set the recording date to be searched.
Select the search criteria in
Add Search Items
Video Number
Video's unique identifier number (Invoice Number).
Worker ID
The ID of the worker that recorded the video.

Choose among

function, the list of recording information or the inspection results can be downloaded as an Excel file.Delete recorded videos from the workspace by using the

option.After the retention period, the information related to the claim will remain available but the video will be deleted.
Deleted videos cannot be recovered.
Select a video from the Video List.
Play the video on the details page.
Points are deducted according to the recipient's country and sending method used. For more details on point usage, please refer to the Points page.
Choose either Individual Video Message or Bulk Messaging based on your needs and send accordingly.

Check the Video Message menu on the right side of the screen.
