Realpacking User Guide

In this page order information collected through integration with marketplaces or excel uploads can be reviewed.

Orders are registered using the following methods:

  1. API Integration with marketplaces (on demand - please contact customer service)

  2. Upload Order information via Excel File

OrderOrder List

  1. Select the registration date/order date search period.

  2. Select the search items.

    Order Date

    The date order was placed by customer.

    Order Number

    Order’s unique identifier.

    Customer Mobile Number

    Contact mobile number input by the customer.

    Customer Email

    Contact email input by the customer.

    Registration Date

    The date order was registered.

    Video Number

    Same as invoice number.

    Notes

    Additional notes you wish to add.

    Claim

    Whether a claim has been registered.

    Inspection

    Indicate whether the inspection is complete.

    Reset Inspection

    Reset an inspection that was previously completed.

  3. The sort and filter functions can be used.

  4. With the download function, it's possible to download the video list or inspection results as an Excel file.

  5. Order information can be deleted by clicking Delete All Results

    • Even if the order information is deleted, the videos will remain stored until the end of the storage period or until they are manually deleted.

    • Deleted order information cannot be restored.

  6. Click on the order to view detailed information.

Customer Information

Name, phone number, and mobile number of the person who placed the order and order date.

Recipient's Information

Recipient’s name, phone number, mobile number, and address.

Order History Details

Order number, product name, inspection status.

Video Recording List

Video Number, length, claim received status and Video Message sending status.

  1. By clicking on the Video Recording List , it's possible to register a claim (Inquiry History) for a video or send it to a customer. Check the details on how to send the video to a customer on the Send Individual Video Message page.

Yes, it can be edited in the order details.
