Realpacking User Guide

The Realpacking app enables recording using only a mobile device, without requiring a camera or PC.

It is especially useful for small-volume tasks or when space is limited.

Please search for “Realpacking” in the App Store or Google Play Store and install the app.

Create an account through the Realpacking web admin page.

If the invoice or order sheet has a barcode,

you can use the app’s built-in scanner to record without a separate barcode scanner.

Start Recording → Scan Barcode (Recording Starts) → Finish (Recording Ends and Saves)

When using a Bluetooth barcode scanner, scanning the barcode automatically starts the recording.

Connect Bluetooth Scanner → Input Barcode → Scan (Recording Starts) → Finish (Recording Ends and Saves)

Manual Entry

If there’s no barcode, manually type in the invoice or order number to start recording.

Enter Code (Recording Starts) → Finish (Recording Ends and Saves)

If you cancel during recording, the video will not be saved.

Set the front or rear camera before recording.

You cannot switch cameras during recording.

You can flip the video vertically before recording.

This setting cannot be changed during recording.

Select a resolution from 640×480, 1280×720, or 1920×1080.

You can check the list of recorded videos.

You can view or delete recordings from the list.

In the additional menu, you can check account settings, usage, and other options.

  1. Sound Settings : Choose between sound effects and mute.

  1. User Guide : Moves to the app user guide page.

  2. Send Logs: You can send logs to Realpacking when an error occurs.

  3. Send Error Files : You can send error files to Realpacking.

  4. Call Blocking : Moves to Airplane mode and Wi-Fi settings screen.

  1. Logout : Log out to sign in with another account or to reconnect.

You can record more comfortably by using a clamp or tripod stand.

Choose a stand that fits your environment and keeps the phone stable and well-positioned during recording.
